healthy habbits

Honestly I've been struggling with my weigh lately. I'm trying to eat healthy and watch my weigh at the same time.
I'm 1.68 tall and I weigh 55. I'm not skinny either fat. The problem is that I gain and lose weigh easily. That's why I recently started writing down what I eat, so I can either decide if I should keep or change my eating habbits.

I start my day of with two whole-weat crackers with 48+ cheese, and some tea. I also drink a small bottle of yogurt once a day (100ml). I like to eat one or two slices of bread with roastbeaf for lunch and I eat whatever I want for dinner as long as it's not too unhealthy. I "sin" once in a while when I am with friends and eat fastfood or candy. Which is OK! There is no need to stress out about eating fast food once in a while. Just don't do it too often ofcourse. When you have the urge to eat something try eating some fruit or anything that's healthy. Don't search for a bag of potato chips from the beginning. I eat one piece of fruit a day and I personally like eating carrots, corn and cucumber as a snack.

Ofcourse I don't eat the same things everyday. When I don't feel like eating crackers I just eat cereals or a slice of bread. Variety is very important when it comes to food. When you're dieting make sure you don't eat the same food everyday so you won't get sick of it quickly.

Personally this foodscheme works for me. I started last month and managed to stay around 54/56kg.

What do you guys do to keep healthy?
